Authentic bbq meals using traditional smoking methods. Our meats are dry-rubbed and then slow-smoked on a stick burning (wood fueled only), reverse flow smoker and then wrapped to finish in their own juices. No fake smoke additives or artificially flavored wood pellets!. Only a blend of chopped hard woods and delicious dry spices!
