Fat Mike's serves up genuine bbq meals using traditional smoking methods. Our meats are dry-rubbed and then slow-smoked on a stick burning (wood fueled only), reverse flow smoker and then wrapped to finish in their own juices.

No fake smoke additives
No artificially flavored wood pellets!
Only a blend of hard woods and delicious dry spices!

Our Texas-Style Barbecue is dry rubbed, slow smoked, and served at your private event! Serving Greater Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, Portage, Mattawan and more!
