Some of the best brisket you'll ever come across. Slow smoked and finsished in its own juices, this perfectly seasoned, tender brisket cooks for 24 hours before being sliced and served.

Pulled Pork

Sometimes the simple meats are the best...when done right. Our pulled pork is smoked and wrapped with dry seasoning for a juicy, flavorful meat. Add sauce to your own liking or eat it just the way it is!

Smoked Turkey Breast

Another top tier menu item, our smoked turkey breast is simply delicious. A simple seasoning and a juicy finish!

Baby Back Ribs

Baby Backs smoked and dry rubbed and finished wrapped with juices. Add sauce if you want but these ribs fall apart full of flavor!

A lighter, more flavorful twist on potato salad this yogurt based dressing features a light dill (not pickle, just dill) with a salty finish. Is DELICIOUS with brisket!

Our own smoked brisket and turkey, chilled, and layed out with a variety of cheeses and crackers for a perfect and unique appetizer. Perfect as an appetizer or dish to pass at any catering event.

Fresh Fruit & Creamy Salted Caramel Fruit Dip

Fresh fruit sourced locally served with a homemade creamy, salted caramel dip. The perfect sweet compliment to any spread at any catered event!

Veggie Tray

Fresh veggies sourced locally with ranch dipping sauce. We use a wide variety of fresh vegetables. A great light bite to add to any bbq catering at any event.

Candied Jalapeno Dip

An absolute favorite, this dip completes the appetizer table with a spicy sweet starter to Texas Bbq catering! A creamy, salty/sweet, with a sprinking of spicy jalapenos along with a variet of crackers for your guests.
