Some of the best brisket you'll ever come across. Slow smoked and finsished in its own juices, this perfectly seasoned, tender brisket cooks for 24 hours before being sliced and served.
Baby Back Ribs
Baby Backs smoked and dry rubbed and finished wrapped with juices. Add sauce if you want but these ribs fall apart full of flavor!
Dilly Potato Salad
A lighter, more flavorful twist on potato salad this yogurt based dressing features a light dill (not pickle, just dill) with a salty finish. Is DELICIOUS with brisket!
