Basic Menu Items

You choose the meats and sides and we create a custom menu. Choose from our Basic Packages and Premium Packages.

Bbq Sandwiches

Slow smoked meats, pulled, and put on a full size sandwich bun with homemade bbq sauce! Brisket, pork, or chicken. Add pickles for southern twist!

Mac & Cheese Bbq Bowls

Our creamy mac & cheese topped with slow smoked meats, cheese, onions, bbq sauce, and jalapenos - all customized by your guests! Brisket, chicken or pork.

Waking Nachos

A concession stand classic with Fat Mike's style - Fritos topped by choice of meat, cheese, onions, jalapenos served in a bowl. A smaller serving for a single snack.

The Tacos

Stuffed with our smoked and pulled meats, topped off with cheese and onions. Ask for sauce or your preferred toppings. Brisket, pork, or chicken.

Mini Tacos

Great for brunch time or appetizers! Our mouthwatering dry rubbed, slow smoked meats coupled with cheese in onion in mini flour tortillas. Brisket, pork, or chicken.

Our pulled chicken or pork smothered in a sweet and spicy Thai Chili sauce topped with onions (to break up the richness!), cheese, our slaw, and jalapenos.

Nachos - Fat Mike Style

Nachos, bbq style - a bed of chips with classic ball park cheese sauce, choice of meat(s), shredded cheese, onions, jalapenos, and bbq sauce! Made to order.

Mini Fat Mike

The Fat Mike is layered with all the goodness: mac & cheese, ALL the meats (based on meats you've chosen), cheese, onions, jalapenos, slaw, and bbq sauce! We made it mini for a party friendly style - feeds a hearty 1 person!
